Terms and Conditions
No extensions. Not applicable with any other offers or discounts. Other discount codes acquired separately will not be eligible for redemption during the sale. Only discounts from this sale can be redeemed during the sale.
We are not able to retroactively apply discounts - for example if you purchase the day before or after the sale, we are not able to apply the discounted pricing or process any refunds. Discounted pricing applies only during the sale.
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and all orders processed during sale time are final. Our standard returns policy applies for any damaged items. Any credit issued for damaged items will be for the discounted amount, not the full price of the item.
No cancellations or changes to any orders can be made, so please make sure you have all the correct details before completing your order. No exceptions.

How do I get the discounts?
Discounted pricing will already be applied, site-wide. So there's nothing you need to do - just choose your items and check out, and you'll receive the applicable discounts automatically.
Can I return items purchased during the sale?
No -- only if they are damaged. If you simply change your mind, order the wrong size or the wrong colour; items purchased at sale prices cannot be returned nor exchanged. If there is damage to an item, please contact us and we will make it right; however this is only in the case of an item arriving damaged. In general, change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
I think I submitted the wrong information, can I change the items in my order?
Due to high volumes of orders during this period, no orders can be changed or cancelled. We ask that you take the time to check your address, size, quantity and any other details, as all sale orders are final.
When will my order be shipped?
We are doing everything we can to get orders to our Bombshell's as fast as we can!! Our usual policy ships out in 24hours, however due to increased orders please allow tracking information to be received 2-5 days from placing your order.
Can I be assured this will arrive before X date (Christmas, Hanukkah)?
We ship EXPRESS on all orders (DHL for international and AUS POST for domestic) generally taking 3-5 business days once sent. Please see our Shipping Page for more information on shipping times.
Do you pay for return shipping?
No. If you need to return an item, we will not pay for (or reimburse) any shipping costs. These are to be borne by the customer.
I purchase the day before / the day after the sale. Can I still get the discount?
No, sorry. To keep it fair for everyone, we will not retroactively apply sale discounts for orders processed before nor after the sale (even if it's a small window, for example the day before or the day after). This wouldn't be fair to those who purchased during the sale. Discounted sale prices will apply only for orders processed during sale time.
