We are not able to retroactively apply discounts - for example if you purchase the day before or after the sale, we are not able to apply the discounted pricing or process any refunds. Discounted pricing applies only during the sale.
Items purchased on sale can be returned, or exchanged, value of the sale price only. Our standard returns policy applies for any damaged items. Any credit or refund issued for damaged items will be for the discounted amount, not the full price of the item.
No cancellations or changes to any orders can be made, so please make sure you have all the correct details before completing your order. No exceptions.

How do I get the discounts?
Use the discount code at checkout to get 30% off. This will be clearly shown on the website during the sale, both in the top bar (top of the website) and on applicable product pages.
Can I return/exchange items purchased during the sale?
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Other items (not marked "Final Sale") may be returned or exchanged. All returns purchased on the sale will be issued with an exchange or credit for the sale value only. Refunds are not eligible unless damaged. In this circumstance please contact us and we will make it right; however this is only in the case of an item arriving damaged. In general, change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not eligible for refund.
I think I submitted the wrong information, can I change the items in my order?
Due to high volumes of orders during this period, no orders can be changed or cancelled. We ask that you take the time to check your address, size, quantity and any other details, as all sale orders are final.
When will my order be shipped?
We are doing everything we can to get orders to our Bombshells as fast as we can!! Our usual policy ships out in 24hours, however due to increased orders please allow tracking information to be received 2-5 days from placing your order.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We ship DHL EXPRESS on all orders, generally taking 3-5 business days once sent. Please see our Shipping Page for more information on shipping times.
Do you pay for return shipping?
No. If you need to return an item, we will not pay for (or reimburse) any shipping costs. These are to be borne by the customer, however, we do make it easy by providing the option of a standard shipping cost when you submit a return request. This is optional - you can either purchase a standard-rate shipping label from us when you submit your return request, or, you can go to your local post office and pay them directly.
I purchase the day before / the day after the sale. Can I still get the discount?
No, sorry. To keep it fair for everyone, we will not retroactively apply sale discounts for orders processed before nor after the sale (even if it's a small window, for example the day before or the day after). This wouldn't be fair to those who purchased during the sale. Discounted sale prices will apply only for orders processed during sale time.
