WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?
We use EXPRESS METHODS ONLY to ensure minimal delays and urgency in getting your order to you. DHL is used for International, while Australia Post is used for Domestic. In the current climate there may be slight delays during transit for understandable reasons out of our control. We assure you that we're doing everything in our power to make sure that you'll receive your order as soon as possible!

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE BAMBA SWIM TAKING?
Bamba Swim is lucky to run its shipping facilities from Perth, Western Australia - one of the locations least impacted by COVID-19.
Impeccable hygiene is always a standard practice within our team, however we are going the extra mile to ensure the safety of everyone.
Extra stringency on what we accept as a return - for the safety of others, please take extra care when trying on and returning your goods. Do not throw away any packaging and be very considerate when handling your order. Returns received in an unacceptable condition will be rejected as per policy.
WHAT IF I CAN’T RETURN IN 30 DAYS?
We understand that some countries are in lockdown, making it more difficult to get to the post. We also recognise that boarder closures may result in delays when posting a return. For these reasons we have doubled our return window to a 60 day period.
