PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Singapore.
CURRENCY
Our base prices are set in US Dollars, but you can pay in your own currency, if it's one of those we support. To see and use other currencies, please use our currency converter (top right of screen) to view our products in USD/ GBP/ CAD/ INR/ EUR/ JPY/ NZD.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Singapore. As regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges.
For EU customers: For EU countries, we have implemented an estimated duty and tax calculator which displays and collects taxes and duties on your behalf, up-front, during the checkout process. This means that, if duties and taxes are applicable, you'll pay them when you check out on our store, and therefore not have any additional charges to pay when the parcel arrives to your country. This is displayed at checkout- under final step Shipping method.
Tax Threshold Guide
- USA: Orders over the value of $800 USD will incur import taxes and duties and will be paid by the customer on arrival.
- NZ: Orders over the value of $1000 NZD will incur import taxes and duties and will be paid by the customer on arrival.
- EU: We will collect the taxes on your behalf and remit to your local government. These will be shown at checkout.

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDER
Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible. Please make sure you choose your items, size, quantity and address before placing your order. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
Bāmba is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier (DHL Express) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
DHL recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still have not received your order, you can submit a claim via DHL here.
If you have official documentation from DHL that your item has been lost/ stolen, please submit this to us and we will arrange to resend your order.
