We offer FREE express shipping on all orders over $300 USD.
For orders under $300:
USA Mainland:
- $10 standard shipping. 3-5 business days.
- $15 express shipping. 3 business days.
- $25 overnight shipping for orders received by 2pm PST.
Hawaii and Alaska:
- $30 standard shipping. 3-5 business days.
- Please note: No overnight shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note: During peak periods and sales, shipping may take a little longer due to volume. You can contact our customer care team to inquire about your shipment during these times.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Fontana, California.

Our base prices are set in US Dollars for the USA store.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
There are no import duties or taxes applicable, as we ship from within the USA from our warehouse in Fontana, California.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be applied directly in checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, so changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate the changes. If it has been shipped, we won't be able to update your order, and you'll need to organise to submit a return request after receiving it.
Please make sure you choose your items, size, and quantity correctly, and use the correct address when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes, especially in sale periods where sales volumes are high.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
Bāmba is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
Most shipping carriers recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still have not received your order, you can submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
If you have official documentation from the carrier that your item has been lost/ stolen, please submit this to us and we will arrange to resend your order.
