Step 1: Lodge Your Return via our website
Lodge your return via our Returns Portal on the website. The process only takes a few minutes. Once your return is submitted it will be reviewed within 24 hours.
If your items are defective, you will need to upload images showing proof of the damage/issue and our team will assess this.
Step 2: Complete the returns form
Once your return is approved, you will get an email with the return address and a return form.
Please make sure to complete the form and include your name and order number so that once your return is received we can match the items to you.

You will need to contact DHL Express for them to collect your item and provide them with the details available in the shipping label.
Step 3: Pack Your items
Make sure you pack your items with their original packaging, with the tags and hygiene liner still attached, and that all items are in unused/unwashed and in brand new condition.
Step 4: Checklist
You're almost there! Here is a final checklist before you send your items back:
✔ Item is neatly packaged in original packaging
✔ Hygiene liner attached
✔ Tags attached
✔ Garment Bag included in package
✔ Returns Form printed and inserted into the package
✔ Package labeled, sent and you took note of your tracking code
Step 5: Send your items
Once your items are neatly packed and your return form is completed, take all items to the post office OR arrange with DHL for a pickup, using the details on your return label. Send the items back to us to the address provided in the return approval.
Be sure to take note of the tracking number so we can track it along the way!
Step 6: Hang tight - we’ll process your return
From there, our speedy and friendly team will take care of the return.
Once we receive it on our end, it will be inspected, then you’ll be notified of the outcome, which may take up to 5 business days from the date the items are received.
If accepted, we’ll issue your exchange, credit or refund (damaged items only) accordingly and notify you via email.
